Adversity filter preventing Farmville loading in Facebook

specifically, when I go in an disable that filter, Farmville will load normally through Facebook but when I re-enable that filter, it just stops mid-page, leaving it blank without finishing the load of the Flash content.

Not sure if those are causing any collisions or not.

Farmville should be fixed if you force a subscription update.

I'm not sure if the same filter will interfere with other facebook games or not

Still never loads the Flash content after hitting the update through preferences.

Opened up blockable items and these are the filters in effect -

Seems like it's not limited to Farmville though. A load up of Angry Birds through Facebook nets the same result - page starts, Flash content never loads.

If it helps at all, I'm trying to access these via Facebook's bookmarks (ref=bookmarks&count=1&fb_source=bookmark_apps&fb_bmpos=1_1).

Apologies if this is actually something to do with Facebook and not ABP or any specific filter from Adversity. I swapped over a profile in Firefox with only EasyElement in the subscriptions and everything seemed to load OK but it's still possible it's Facebook's issue I guess.

I can not get Angry birds to work even with ABP disabled.

Committed over 8 hours ago should have fixed Farmville, you might have been a little quick trying to update (it can take a couple of minutes sometimes).

Defiantly was an Adversity issue for Farmville but I can't get Angry Birds to work either (can you try with ABP disabled and see if it helps).

Possibly... I've had similar filters in the past without any major issues.

I'll see how it goes, even the best, most well thought out generic filters cause issues somewhere.

Also was previously unaware that the Adult/Dating list was merged into fanboy-adblock. If this is the case then I'll remove that set of subscriptions entirely if all it is is a bunch of repeats.

Disabling ABP entirely causes both to work like they should (Flash content loads properly, etc).

Disabling the .php?=ref filter still causes Farmville to load properly but Angry Birds remains in the unloaded state when it is disabled so it would seem it's not a related issue there.

Also, I retried the update (last successful download - 4/15/12 1:27AM) just to be certain I got any updates made and it still behaves as described for me (stops the Flash content from loading at all).

Small update -

After going on a one-by-one disabling, beginning with Adversity [English] - Farmville loads properly when I have it disabled, Angry Birds does not - so Adversity is the cause of one not loading, but not the other.

It seems the Angry Birds issue is related to Fanboy's Annoyances, as I disabled that and had the others enabled and Angry Birds began to load the Flash content with no issue.

That line is in the filter's subscription but it does not appear in the blockable items list when I try to load Farmville so at least I know I have the most current version of the subscription.

Disabling .php?=ref on it allows it to load normally. I even went as far as deleting the subscription and reinstalling it just to be 100% positive I didn't have something mixed up with it.

To create an issue reports navigate to the page in question, click on the ABP icon and select "Report issue on this page" (be sure to fill out the report with as much detail as possible).

At least then we'll be better equipped to figure this out.
