hi

unfortunately adblock is useless against CPALead the reason for this is because when you have adblock enabled they use an inline JavaScript to redirect you to the you must turn off adblock page which adblock can't stop and even if it could it would get caught out again by the meta redirect they employ to try and catch people that are disabling javascript which it also has no ability to stop

therefore you will need other tools to beat CPALead the best and easiest way to beat CPALead is to just turn off JavaScript and then block the meta redirect using something like RefreshBlocker this works for all sites that use CPALead

if on the other hand you cant be bothered continually switching JavaScript on and off all the time which admittedly can be somewhat irksome after a while then you could just leave JavaScript switched on and then selectively disable it for any site that uses CPALead using YesScript

this is the method I use and I've never had any problems although I use controle de Scripts to do the selective JavaScript disabling as it allows me more flexibility
