optimized list for new AdblockPlus

Since abp now handles non-regexp filters faster that regexp, I remodeled my filterlist to only consist of simple filters.

I have tested the list on quite a lot of german but not that much sites from other countries, but since some non-germans are going to use that list, maybe some of you could help me with what I might be missing?

Maybe someone is willing to use my filters for a day or so and report back on false positives and missed ads? Eternal gratitude is guaranteed.

Thanks, I didn't know tinyurl did accept URLs other than http ones.

I tried keeping it as simple as possible but it still blocks all ads on the Top30 sites in Alexa's US list and more than 40 popular german sites (besides some very specific ads that no generic filter could be created for).

I'll try some topsites from other countries but it looks like tose filters already block almost all ads.
