enter the search term "krawatte" (german for tie (the piece of clothing))
reproduces it every time

I still can't reproduce it (could be a regional thing). And the URL in your issue report and been censored to the point that it does not work so that makes it harder.

The best way to get this issue sorted is to suggest a rule using the EHH (good to know how to use, and easy too).

Edit: Now I can: You have to go to https://encrypted.google.com/, click on Images, then search for "krawatte".

in my eyes its one of the three basic add-ons everyone should have (the other 2 being adblock plus & noscript)
