ads embedded in silverlight and flash based players

Having an issue with ads in Silverlight and flash players. If they are blocked the video wont start.

Any way around this?

Example for Silverlight:
The video at http://www.tv2.no/bigbrother/bbsilje-je ... 05666.html wont play unless http://ad.tv2.no/adpool/procter/HEAD_AN ... c_x264.mp4 is allowed to run.
Basically the site seem to be using mp4 video adds that need to run before the main clip.

Some online video's have to allow certain objects to initialize/run first, so its not that surprising if you have to allow that specific element to be unblocked.
