[Antisocial] Obsolete Facebook whitelists

I'm not 100% sure but I think these whitelists are obsolete:

@@||connect.facebook.com^*/FeatureLoader.js.php$domain=break.com|accesshollywood.com
@@||connect.facebook.net^$script,domain=phonedog.com|wonderwall.msn.com|latimesblogs.latimes.com

Since you've removed connect.facebook.com/.net^$third-party from the filter list, these whitelists are not triggered anymore. Is that correct?

On latimesblogs.latimes.com I can't find a page where this whitelist is triggered, too.
