Help me block (only) half of the adds on this page?

Hi guys,

I frequent the headphone forum http://www.head-fi.org/ and I have finally found the one exception to my "block every ad" crusade.
The only problem is I can't seem to work out a filter that allows me to keep the adds that I do want, and block those I refuse to look at.


The green frame is the ads that I would like to keep and the red frame (and those similar) are those that I don't.

Can anyone help me work out how this can be done?

Requires lots of domain exemptions from what I see.. Both are considered adverts, both should remain blocked, not sure why the "green box" is any different.
