Block One specific Image

Ok people,

My HTML is rusty...and as for css and stuff I am at a loss. I'm sure there is a way to do this but after a few hours of trying I still can't get it to work.
I want to block a certain image and/or link from returning on a search that I do occasionally. Even if the image can be blocked but not the link that would be great.

The domain is: http://www.plentyoffish.com. The image I want to block is: img src='http://pics.plentyoffish.com/thumbnails ... 8560-2.jpg

I went through the filter syntax tutorial but I can't really understand how to manually edit a filter to block just this image.

Any help anyone could provide would be very much appreciated! Thanks a lot,

You just need to add the exact location of the unwanted item to Adblock Plus as a filter:
