Reuters Login Task Bar does not stay blocked.

When I go to a Reuters page, I do not like to have the Reuters Login or Register Taskbar on the bottom of the page. I consider it to be a terrible nuisance and a hindrance. I have no use for it, since I will never register for a Reuters password. I right clicked on the taskbar, and chose Block Image. It does not seem to matter whether the custom filter for this is added, or not, because the unwanted taskbar is still there. I would like for someone to work on this.
