What filter do I choose?

I just installed Adblock plus, and I don't know what filter I should choose from the drop-down list. In short, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each filter? Which one should I choose?

With most subscriptions, they're developed seperately and have different ideas and goals. There are some similarities, but there are differences with dealing with filters, whitelists etc. Think of it as Brand A and Brand B, and to try both if you'd like, see which meets your needs.
