This video won't play while Adblock Plus is turned on. I'm currently subscribed to EasyList.

Fanboy's list and EasyList are both general lists, it is not recommended to subscribe to more than one general subscription, doing so can unnecessarily slow down your browsing, make it harder to track down false positives (such as the one you just reported) as well as increasing the chances of one occurring.

You are best to choose one or the other, but that being said you are not going to piss your pants and die if you do

It should work if you update your subscription in about 10 minutes manually via Adblock Plus preferences.

EasyList prevents this video from playing now. When I hit play I get a white screen.
