Merriam-webster.com / m-w.com has just added a ton of swimming flashing ads.
I just want to see the blank where I fill in the word I'm looking for.
But I can't figure out what to block without killing that blank item.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Any idea what to block on merriam-webster.com?

These two filters from EasyList seem to be sufficient.
Code: Select all

Maybe I wasn't specific enough.
What I want is just this:

I'll just kill everything on the page with that as the exception.
But I'm new to this so I have no idea what type of item it is.
(On my old computer I would use Internet Explorer and edit the page with Word in visual html mode.
Just highlight everything above and below what I wanted delete it.
Save the one selection box as a local html file, and start my word search from that.
But somehow my new computer wants to edit with Notepad or Word in text mode and it's all html gibberish.)

merriam-webster.com###logo
merriam-webster.com###wod-subscription-form
