cboe.com with "grey veil"

Hello,

whenever I load the CBOE Market Statistics site a "grey veil" pops up and blocks the site for about 10 secs. Disabling scripts would solve the problem but scripts are needed to access the market statistics for other dates.

Is there an ABP filter that prevents this annoying "grey veil"? Thanks in advance!
