Block frame at help.eclipse.org

Hello,
I'm trying to block the top frame at http://help.eclipse.org/ but it doesn't work. The frame is reopened after loading.
Any idea?

I blocked the whole url and it seems to stay blocked fine.

This is strange, here it works with Firefox 3.5.8 on Linux, but not with Firefox 3.6 on Windows. I have a blank frame at the top.
