Cannot block a teaser

I cannot block a teaser leading to url http://www.tizermine.net/go.php?
though I have added several filters including just bare "tizer" and some complex ones (red at some forum) like
tizer*/cgi-bin/iframe/
What is the matter?

You see, that's hard to say 'coz i have an impression that this thing comes out at random as if that is some process started just at my PC. For instance it lays on top of all the opened programs and if I al-tab from Mozilla to , say, Microsoft Word it lays on top of Word. As for the sites. It definitely appears when I am at Livejournal pages. But alas i have always a bunch of tabs opened in my browser. And any one of them could be "guilty" one?
