Failed, not a valid filters list

Post by xcile »

Hi,

I have my filters in adblock.txt on my GMX File Storage (gmx.com). I try to subscribe to it by using the following URI, but I only get the error message "Failed, not a vaild filters list":

Code: Select all

https://storage-eu.gmx.com/data/%40nonymous/open/adblock%20from%20johan.helander%40gmx.com/adblock.txt?token=7mT9C5iXOKi8UsuJScGF1258491239%23t%2BbpjyVIL3CG9lusF9vs2g%3D%3D
If I use this URI in Firefox there's no problem loading it. I have already tried exchaning the @ with %40. Does anyone know why this URI doesn't work in Adblock Plus?

Thanks

Code: Select all

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /data/@nonymous/open/adblock from johan.helander@gmx.com/adblock.txt.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Well, I get that error too sometimes. It seems that I have to reload it in Firefox sometimes to get it working, not always. I have tried removing all cookies too and it can work on the first try. However, Adblock has never been able to download the file.

After a bit more investigation it seems I always need to reload the page in Firefox once to get it working. So it's probably the server's fault...

Thanks anyway
