How to block ads when the right click doesn't work?

Hi,
first of all: I am not a very advanced user of Adblock Plus.
My question: The normal way to block an ad is to right click on it and chose "block frame /block graphic" or something like that from the list.
But sometimes, when I right click on an ad, the appearing list doesn't give me that option.
An example:

How can I get rid of that ad?
