How to identify URL, generally

In today's NY Times (6.30) on the web, the front page has an ad for Microsoft's Bing across the top, that enlarges briefly to occupy the whole page before collapsing to a small horizontal strip. There are no tabs identifying it. How do I find it's URL in order to block it?

You open the list of blockable items - click the ABP icon in toolbar.
