how do i get back to the filter subscriptions

i tried reinstalling adblock cus i had to reinstall firefox and when i reinstalled it the list of filters to subscribe to never poped up so idk how to subscribe to a list of filters and uninstalling and reinstalling isnt working

Open the ABP Preferences panel. Then use the Filters menu and the "Add filter subscriptions ..." option. You'll be able to select various filter lists.
