How do I stop Megaupload from redirecting to an ad?

Sometimes when I go to a Megaupload link, it gets redirected to an ad like this: http://www.megaupload.com/i/?r=5805ea96 ... e6e235a724

How do I stop something like this from happening?

Not much you can do about it, at least not with Adblock Plus.

Simple trick: Middle-click the download button (after the countdown). This will result in a new empty tab instead of the ad pop-up.
