You are most likely trying to block an item by its link, this feature has been removed but you can still use EHH to hide it:

#A(href^=http://www.obchody.us/cz/deal.)

This method will hide the ads but still download them.

Even this filter does not hide the ads, it is still there, bothering and destroying the page graphic.
