Digg recently made some changes to their homepage so that if AdBlock is enabled, and you're logged in, they disable their "Top in All Categories" listing on the right side. I guess it's their effort to force users to enable ads, and penalizing those that disable them.
Also, if you're logged in, the Logout button doesn't work AdBlock is enabled.
Could be a bug in their code. Who knows.
Digg.com Homepage - Top in All Categories Now Being Blocked
What filter subscription/s are you using ?
If you are using Filterset G I suspect that is the problem
I just visited http://digg.com/ and everything looks fine to me. I can see the "Top in All Categories" listing on the right side just fine with ABP enabled.
I am using
EasyList
EasyElement
Tracking Filter
Fanboy Adult Filter
I do not have an account to check the logout button problem though but I have a feeling it may be fine.

I can verify that this is NOT a problem with the EasyList subscriptions.
Logging in and logging out works fine there. This is the second complaint I've seen today about Digg not working right with ABP (thumbs up and thumbs down not working) ..... yet that is also not an EasyList problem either.
As Hubird says, I would guess it is in another subscription that you are using (filterset.g?).

Great!
Can you tell me what subscription was giving you the trouble with that ... in case it comes up somewhere else again?
In case you are curious, this was the other problem that arose at Digg today:
