How can remove the Close text

I have adblock plus installed and set up filter for one site, it has floating ads, with the close text, where you can click and it will close the ads. After applying filter, ads were gone but not the Close text. When I click on the Close, it thus disappeared.
How should I configure my filter to have adblock plus totally removed the whole thing

you will probably need to locate a 'script' in the site's 'Blockable items' list that runs that floating ad ... not the ad itself.

If you can block that, it will block the floater AND the content in it. (I cannot get that site to come up).

I have tried blocking all .js from blockable items and the Close text is still there, but when I disable Javascript from Firefox option, its gone. any idea?

You don't block .js files - you block scripts. Look in the Type column.
