keyword advertising

I have troubles with some "keyword advertising" like IntelliTXT.
e.g. on page ABP didn't work. First word "tradicí" has this link.
No one filter (*.billboard.*, *takeit* etc.) can block this ad. My ABP version is 0.7.5.2.
Could you advice me any solution?

looking at http://www.idnes.cz/ it looks rather clean under my list, with the help of the Element hider the pages should look fine.
