Adblock Detection Help [NSFW]

I need help figuring out how to block the detection on this site. I have tried blocking every script i could find on the page and yet the detection still works.

Here is the script that i can clearly see in the source.

use easylist without hiding filters (disable easylist) and add this filter
@@.png#$domain=milfzr.com
