Filters aren't working

I'm using

EasyElement+EasyList
Filter von Dr.Evil
JamiePlucinski.com

and I'm wondering why none of them blocks all of the ads on http://www.policespecials.com/forum/index.php? .

The only ones I see are local banners (all with different addresses) Try this:

policespecials.com##div#userlinksguest + div[align="center"]

You can add it if you want. It should take care of that section.
