Problem with full screen live streaming now blocked

Hey there,

so like some other people i got a problem with a football streaming site with the detection of adblock plus.
I tried everything I could, but the blocker is still active.
The streaming site: http://stadium-live.biz/Channel1.html

The filters I use:
- EasyList Germnay + EasyList
- Adblock Warning Removal List
- Aak List (Anti-Asblocker Killer)
- EasyList without element hiding rules
- Fanboy's Annoyance List

So I tried to create my own filter rules:
@@||srvpub.com^$elemhide
@@||hdcastream.com^$elemhide
@@||stadium-live.biz^$elemhide
@@||playerapp1.pw^$elemhide
@@||hideplayerapp1.pw^$elemhide
... which, as you can see, are not working

Could you please help me fixing this solution?
