Blocking comments sections?

I'm having trouble in some sites that block comments. First is disqus second is facebook

Thank you. Apparently it was using the RUS: BitBlock List which cause the problem on the 2nd site. I disabled it now and it works. Where can I learn about the syntax used in the filters?
