Our domain was added to the lists «Adblock Plus» by mistake

I represent the team of Infoclub project - https://www.infoclub.info. We often receive signals/complaints from our mutual customers. The essence of the complaints is that our subscription form is not displayed when the «Adblock Plus» is switched on. There are no the banners, no ads and our forms also do not contribute any spread of malware, spam etc.

Please take measures to eliminate these forms (our domain http://www.infoclub.info) from your list of filters. Our domain was added to the lists by mistake.

Can you reproduce this issue ?
what browser (version) ?
filter lists / subscriptions ? (easylist, ruadlist, other lists ? )

I can't reproduce the issue. Even disabling ABP, I have to refresh 3-4 times to get some popup window asking to register if I understand correctly.
Could you provide some pic of the real page with and without ABP enabled ?
