How block adds in my website

Hello,
I want to block ads from this page
nearbyall.com
Click on any category, in any city, and you'll find a list of doctors with some of them with ads for other things that make my site look unprofessional.
I want the filter to block those text links. Hiding elements doesn't help either ...
The website relies heavily on JS, so I can't publish the search page.
Any help would be appreciated
