Adblock Plus

Most of the cases when Safari is closed and reopened, Adblock Plus extension is being deleted from Safari. It works as expected in Firefox and Chrome. What may cause the unwanted deletion of the extension? And what needs to be done to prevent it happening?
AdBlock Plus Version 1.11
Safari Version 9.1.1 (11601.6.17)
OS X El Caption Version 10.11.5

OS 10.11.5, Safari 9.1.1

ABP does not load. I think they are blocking it.

Where exactly are you trying to re-install ABP from?
