can't block apple cache/cookie creation

I'm using Safari Version 8.0.8 (10600.8.9). I have apple.com blocked. When I go to apple.com the website is blocked but when I check Safari/preferences/privacy I find that Apple is still creating a cache and cookie on my machine. I have the "always block" cookies and website data option set. I have the "deny without prompting" location services option set. I have the "ask websites not to track me" option set. Is there any way Adblock can be used to block the files Apple is depositing on my computer?
