Need app to open

I'd successfully downloaded Adblock Plus but get the message from One Drive that there is no app to open Adblock
Help?

I thought you could just drag the .safariextz file into the browser window.
There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.
