Safari-pop up ads

Only with pop up blocker I can get rid of these ads, but on many sites that I use, if the ads are not enabled they have problems.

They are driving me absolutely insane.

Adblock plus won't get rid of them either. I added it to the list, and somehow it still keeps coming back.

Apologies, when it comes to these type of threads, i have an IQ of a speed bump. So, I couldn't upload a photo. It's the "Hot Deals." They
are always on Amazon, Chive, Tap, etc.
