Fanboy's Annoyance List not working?

I've installed (and updated) Fanboy's Annoyance List but it doesn't seem to do much: Social Media plugins (for example, Facebook comment boxes) are still loaded and many popunders still appear. Is this a Safari limitation?

Facebook comments are not blocked in that list.

Where do you get popunders?
