Many ads are no longer blocking in Safari 9.0

This link use to have the ads on the right removed. Also when you scroll down the page a small window shows up on the bottom right of the screen and stays pined there. Adblock Plus use to prevent this from showing.

This started after upgrading to Safari 9.0.
