Hi,
I recently noticed that the loading circle on nytimes videos does not fade away once the video has started and that I cannot pause the video either (the progress bar at the bottom doesn't disappear either, and although the video is playing the progress bar still displays the "play" button as opposed to the "pause").
I uninstalled ABP and the problem was resolved. When reinstalling I have the same problem. I haven't experienced difficulties with any other website.
I'm running Safari 8.0.5 and Mac OS X 10.10.3
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

check also if you have any custom filter for nytimes
anyway, you can disable ABP for the page you want (you don't need to remove ABP)

I'm having the exact same problem. When I contacted NYT about it, they recommended I 1) remove Adbloc; 2) reset Safari; 3) switch my browser.

1. Could you disable all the lists but still keep ABP enabled ?

unfortunately this means ABP is not working (ABP is working only using the filters) ...but at least we know there is a "wrong" filter in easylist.
