[2008] Blank Toolbar pop-up and Settings

Not sure how to describe this bug besides how I did in the subject, but ABP 1.8.10 on Safari 8.0.3 is not working. It installs, but toolbar popup is without text, and the setting page is practicallly empty, and there is no adblocking functionality. Only other extension I use is 1Password, but disabling and uninstalling that doesn't affect the bug. Best way to understand it is to see the images:

Let me know if this is a known problem, but I couldn't find any information about on Google or this forum. Thanks!

Did you try simply removing ABP and reinstall again ?

or try installing the last dev build
devbuilds/adblockplussafari/00latest.safariextz

Just uninstalled and installed the dev build, and the bug is still there. Is there some sort of log that I should put up here that might reveal something?

Not sure what you mean by resetting Safari as you really can't do that on Safari 8, but did what was described in https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6609131 and nothing came of it.

Okay, I figured out, and it's definitely a bug with AdBlockPlus: My primary language is Mac OS X 10.10 is set to Scottish Gaelic (Gaidhlig), with English as a secondary localization. However, most software (including Mac OS X itself) are not translated into Gaelic, and thus use English, which should work fine. However, something about using a language that ADP is not translated into makes it fail in Safari, and the result is all the strings in the plugin are not displayed and ADP does not work. This problem is reproducible and went away as soon as I changed my primary language back to English, and came back when I set Gaelic again as my default language. I suspect that this problem would occur in Safari with other languages that ADP is not translated into as well. As this is a bug, I'd like to report it, but I'm not sure how/where? Thanks for your help.
