[Solved] Dev builds can't be updated/installed

Post by Scump »

I don't know if it's because of the Safari 8.0.2 update or the dev builds update, but the problem of updating/installing the dev builds is back (cf. [Solved] ABP dev builds installation problem)

When installing the stable

When installing the latest dev builds

And the weird thing is, when installing the stable version, it is shown as a dev build in Safari Extensions?

I had 1.8.8.1283 before the problem.

I reported the issue to the bug tracker as well. https://issues.adblockplus.org/ticket/1692

The problem has been identified:

" @sebastian: The devbuilds are signed with the old certificate again :( "

But no new devbuilds yet...

" @trev: Fixed. Also rebuilt Adblock Plus for Safari 1.8.8.1285 development build, the new one should be on the download servers shortly. "

Thanks guys! :D

The last cite wasn't me, but trev. He is the one who has access to that server (I don't). That is why there wasn't a new devbuild yet after I identified the problem. ;)
