Ebates not showing since last update

Bear with me, I'm new at this. Ever since my macbook air updated about a week ago, my Ebates banner has disappeared. Upon contacting Ebates, I was told it was because have Adblock Plus. I looked at my Adblock information and I don't see anything unusual. it shows Adblock Plus "enabled" for Ebates, so I deleted the check mark, but it made no difference. Does anyone know why this has happened? I need the Ebates $$.

Ebates provides a filter list that white-lists their requests, which Adblock Plus blocks otherwise: http://www.ebates.com/help/troubleshooting.htm#abp

But be aware that this will allow them and their partners to track you and showing ads to you.
