I'm trying to submit my website to https://acceptableads.com/ so I can display an ad on the side of my pages but the form does not seem to work, it just refresh the page when submitting and I did not get any news since a few weeks now.

I checked back with the team over there, and unfortunately they couldn't find any problems with the form when testing it.

Therefore it's a bit tricky to say for sure what went wrong. For example, there could be some browser extension or other program that's interfering with the web page.
