EasyPrivacy list and Yahoo's comment sections

I have found that the EasyPrivacy list has a filter to block "||jac.yahoosandbox.com" which displays the comment section on various articles on the Yahoo web site. What is the reason for EasyPrivacy doing that?

After not having anybody here answer me, I searched and found an email address for the EasyPrivacy list people. Even at 7:30PM ET on a Sunday evening, I got an email response in less than 10 minutes. After emailing them back with a specific link, they responded in 5 minutes saying that the filter had now been removed and the list would be updated online in 20 minutes.
