Idea about https. For me it seems like https sites are more trusted so maybe is good idea to have special option to exclude https sites from filters permanently?

Yes I understand that it is possible to create filter, but hard-coded filter is more effective.

This is a bad idea, doesn't take much for ad servers to use the "trusted" https.

It seem that requiring HTTPS would only hurt smaller websites because it requires additional effort to switch to HTTPS and to get a certificate (which in most cases is not free of charge). In addition to that it's impossible to implement HTTPS for websites that are using subdomains provided to them by their host (e.g. example.blogspot.com or example.bplaced.net).
