I think it's based on how adds are made and in which intensity the website is full of it. I have nothing against ads, there important so the operator of the website earn at least so much to cover the costs of hosting. But there should be a limit. A limit where you notice that the website is not made because it's the interest of the host to spread his products, story, thoughts or whatever, instead you notice it's really made because of one purpose. To earn money. And that goes too far in my opinion. When on a website more ads are loading than actually information, then I turn on Adblock. Otherwise like on YouTube I can watch a 15 seconds ad. That's okey, But not websites which first goal is to set as many ads as possible.
