Video ads inside Acceptable ads Program?

As one of the HebrewList authors and a great fan of Acceptable ads program, I am using it along with my other lists.

But yesterday I've seen an ad that crossed the line, I've seen sponsored Video content from Nativo it seems, I've tried to block it for a while until I've learned that they are in fact in the Acceptable ad lists.

A video ad, for a women with big boobs, really?

I really hope that this is just a mistake.
