I wanted to try switching to IE because apparently it uses much less RAM than Chrome, and a game that I like playing stutters and lags whenever I try to play it with Chrome open.
I tried installing Adblock - for some reason you have to download and install it manually? Whereas with Chrome/Firefox IIRC you can just click it and it appears in your addons/extensions pretty much automatically.
Also, even though it now says it is installed, and enabled, it's not working. I want to listen to Youtube videos while I play my game, but I went to Youtube and there were ads everywhere, including in the video itself.

Adblock on IE?

Re: Adblock on IE?
Unlike on Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Opera, Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer is not a web extension because Internet Explorer doesn't support those. It's rather a program that runs alongside Internet Explorer.
That being said, Internet Explorer is highly outdated so I'd strongly recommend switching to a different browser such as Microsoft Edge.
