Alternate way of accessing Adblock Plus menu?

Hi!
I am a blind user that is interested in adding Adblock Plus to Internet Explorer, but I have a problem.
To use my computer, I use Freedom Scientific's JAWS screen reader and do everything through the keyboard. I have no monitor or mouse hooked up since I can't use either.
According to your information about Adblock Plus, to access it's menu to control and configure it, I have to right click on it's icon in the status bar, unfortunately this isn't possible for me.
So, is there an alternate way to get to Adblock Plus' menu?
