How to install on IE11 and Windows 7 without admin rights?

Hi,

Can anyone provide a way or some hint on how to install this for IE11 on Windows7 without needing administrative rights?

Can it be installed on other folder than C:\Program Files\ ? How?

You need admin. rights to install BHOs in Internet Explorer.
There's a buzzin' in my brain I really can't explain; I think about it before they make me go to bed.
