adblock doesn't work on IE 11

Hello.

adblock its not working here...i have some adware and malware problems, and run malware byte.

what i tried:

- delete C:\Users\MyUser\AppData\LocalLow\Adblock Plus for IE
- Unistall and Install
- delete the "Approved extensions" on Windows registry.

anyone can help?

That sounds like something that would make all IE extensions fail to work; try uninstalling and re-installing ABP one more time.

Already try this too. srry, i forgot this one.

o did that because i read in some fórum that malware does something to that folder that mês up with all the extensions permissions.

-do you see the icon on the status bar ?
-in addons section is ABP enabled ?

yes, icon is present on the status bar and on add-ons are "enabled".
i can enter on setup, set easylist and etc, but the program do not block anything.

in this case try:

1.close IE
go to ABP for IE folder (profile)
delete the files there (patterns.ini ...)
open IE
see in the folder if the list was downloaded (see if patterns.ini is some mega bytes)

2.go into settings, change your list (for example from easylist to easylist + germany list)
see if works
if works try to change again to your first list

still doesn't work:
3.prepare your lists (easylist, custom filters ...) in firefox
get patterns.ini file from firefox (you can use export function)
replace patterns.ini from ABP for IE with that from firefox

third step Works like a charm!

any ideas why the patterns.ini not fully load? the size of it was 300kb, something like that...and on Firefox was 3MB.
