Ads still pop up

I've been using ABP for a Long time, and I've noticed a difference between the IE Version and the Firefox Version: Firefox handles them well and even gives you the opportunity to block additional Content, but the IE Version still Shows the pop-ups which are blank, and still very annoying. I have to close them manually all the time. This is one of the few reasons that tend to make me switch to Firefox, despite the latest IE being really stable and fast.
